I am home from the Opera!
One of my drama profs said "Go see Don Giovanni and write a paper about one the aspects of it." So today a bunch of us a went to do the first part of that.
May I just say that I really, really need to buy a pair of black pants and close-toed formal shoes.
All in all, it was fun, I enjoyed it, but I think I prefer Dom Juan - which is essentially the same play, only it has meat to it. Religious themes are address and the last ten minute are not an admonition about how evil sins are and how you will go to hell if you are like Don Giovanni. (Dom Juan, Don Giovanni, same guy, different name.)
I think I'm going to check for messages, call Michael, and then SLEEP. Because God knows I need it.
