Hearts and starts and polka dots and every little shape you think of you! Glee! There's so much to worry and stress about, but I can do that later, for I will put on my tattered, faded and well-worn green sash only once more before trading it in for a shiny new blue sash! Huzzah! It's been a decade in coming: I got my green sash, stayed in for a while longer, took a four year hiatus, came back and was still as weak as a kitten from my stroke and now... here I am. I'm a blue sash. Yayayayayayay! Why oh why do I not have a martial arts icon to use right now?

Eh heh ^^* I don't go to the gym very often (it doesn't help I don't really have any gym clothes). I go to my martial arts class because I love the people and I've been going so long it's routine and because it's one of the few things that always, always makes me feel strong and good, even if I'm having a terrible day.
