Granted, they could actually become properly interesting in a book of their own, where there would be room to flesh their personalities out (and I admit, it would be endearing to see Neville in a teaching role), but I think I'd rather take a pass.

I've heard rumours that she's planning on doing a sort of encyclopedia, which will explain the fate of a lot of the characters as well as general background information, but I don't know if it's true.
