Despite an awful nightmare last night which robbed me of sleep and my body being in horrible,horrible shape in mid-march, when I need it to be together most... I am in a remarkably good mood. I'm not sure I understand, but it's lovely!

Of course you do. People like me were suggesting women in the 18th century that their depression was an accumulation of 'black bile'. Turns out they were unhappy with their husbands' mistresses.
