EXPLODING WITH FRUSTRATION.

Two hours on the phone. TWO HOURS. Only to eventually be told "Oh, you're from Canada? We can't deal with you. Please call this number and tell them what we've been doing."

Right. So first off, the address that popped up in the screen, that you use to very my identity at the very beginning of the call? Didn't think that the "ON" could mean something OUTSIDE the USA? Or maybe the six digit postal code should have been a tip off? Or maybe the big CANADA that's probably on the screen?

And you know, if I could call and tell the Canadian techie exactly what we'd been doing, I probably wouldn't be calling you to begin with. If I knew how to use a computer that well, I'd probably be using Linux. Maybe not, but rage and fury at Windows and Dell! Rage and fury!

On a less screaming-at-the-world note, I found it amusing that my computer is now obsolete enough (almost three years old) that I had to be transfered to a special department.

But ARG. SO FRUSTRATED BY THE DAMN SYSTEM AND LOSING TWO HOURS ON IT.

Today is an ANGRY POST DAY.

Wow, THAT is impressively bad customer service!

The two hours thing probably isn't their fault, because I think my computer really is that broken.

The rest is still firmly in their camp.

-_- wonderful! Because you really desperately needed more stress.

Oh yeah. I was just dandy before that happened, so clearly, I've just shrugged it off.

*rolls eyes*

I was quite civil to them, because I hate yelling at people. I can yell at an inanimate object or a group (Like Dell) fairly easily, but I really hate ranting about people, unless it's something I really, really need to get out of my system. I've been plenty angry this year, for example, but I can only think of one time when I was openly angry over the issue, for the world to see. (This was before we got to know each other, back in mid-Novebmer.)
