Pick a fandom you know I know about, and I'll tell you:
1. The first character I fell in love with.
2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now.
3. The character everyone else loves that I don't.
4. The character I love that everyone else hates.
5. The character I used to love but don't any longer.
6. The character I would shag anytime.
7. The character I'd want to be like.
8. The character I'd slap.
9. A pairing that I love.
10. A pairing that I despise.
It's called distraction.
I won't be home until later this afternoon, but a lot of you already have a good idea about fandoms and there's always my LJ interests.

2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now. Tuvok!
3. The character everyone else loves that I don't. Like you, Tom Paris.
4. The character I love that everyone else hates. Is Tuvok hated? I know he was teasingly "That Damn Vulcan". If he's not hated... uh... Harry? And he's not hated then I don't know what to say offhand!
5. The character I used to love but don't any longer. Seven of Nine. She's a neat character and Jeri Ryan is a good actress, but over-exposure will kill anything.
6. The character I would shag anytime. Pass.
7. The character I'd want to be like. In the past, I would have jumped to say Janeway. Now I lean more on Chakotay (when you ignore Beltran's bad acting and focus on the calm, spiritual, quietly passionate, all of that).
8. The character I'd slap.
Robert BeltranEither Janeway or Neelix.9. A pairing that I love. Janeway/Chakotay, of course!
10. A pairing that I despise. Despise? Me oh my. I'll run with C/Kellin, like you did. It felt so... fabricated.

I don't know why I want to slap Janeway. I think now that I'm consciously moving toward a gentler, more mediating nature, some of her more brash actions are like "Bam!". I should probably slap B'Elanna on that basis, but it's simply a part of who she is.

1. The first character I fell in love with. Neville. Dear, sweet, bumbling Neville.
2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now. Luna Lovegood. She didn't impress me a lot in the fifth book, but I love, love, love writing her.
3. The character everyone else loves that I don't. I don't dislike the man, but no huge love for Sirius.
4. The character I love that everyone else hates. Horace Slughorn makes me squee.
5. The character I used to love but don't any longer. Snape if he turns out to be evil.
6. The character I would shag anytime. Pass.
7. The character I'd want to be like. Minerva McGonagall. So hard.
8. The character I'd slap. Albus Dumbledore or Sirius Black. Yes, I know they're dead.
9. A pairing that I love. Ron/Hermione, even though I fail to see how it would ever work long term. Ginny/almost student.
10. A pairing that I despise. Despise is a strong word, but I just don't see Harry/Snape.

2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now. MIchiru, ever since I roleplayed her. She's a wonderfully complex character.
3. The character everyone else loves that I don't. Uranus
4. The character I love that everyone else hates. Queen Beryl! I don't know why.
5. The character I used to love but don't any longer. Makoto/Jupiter
6. The character I would shag anytime. Pass.
7. The character I'd want to be like. Usagi, but with a bit of maturity on her, please?
8. The character I'd slap. Rei
9. A pairing that I love. Michiru/Haruka
10. A pairing that I despise. Usagi/Mamoru (I just don't get it)

2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now. Yayoi
3. The character everyone else loves that I don't. Hayate
4. The character I love that everyone else hates. Yayoi? I don't know exactly who is hated.
5. The character I used to love but don't any longer. Hayate
6. The character I would shag anytime. Pass. (I'd date the hell out of Goh though.)
7. The character I'd want to be like. Himeno. Hands. Down. Goh as a second choice.
8. The character I'd slap. Sasame AND Hayate. Or Mayune, but she does redeem herself.
9. A pairing that I love. Natsue/Kaoru. Yayoi/ANYBODY. I love that girl. She needs to find her hero. (Or at least, read a lot of books about heroes.)
10. A pairing that I despise. Actually, I really dislike Hayate/Himeno. I think he's a jerk and that she's too good for him.

Hayate needs a good swift kick. Sasame needs a little more than that. :p

2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now. Uncle Jimmy
3. The character everyone else loves that I don't. Grown-up Ilse and Emily
4. The character I love that everyone else hates. Dean (strictly as a character, because he is a creepy, creepy man)
5. The character I used to love but don't any longer. Grown-up Emily
6. The character I would shag anytime. Pass
7. The character I'd want to be like. Anne
8. The character I'd slap. Grown-up Emily and Teddy. Hard.
9. A pairing that I love. Anne/Gilbert and Ilse/Perry
10. A pairing that I despise. I don't despise it, but Emily/Teddy drives me nuts in the third book.
