(no subject)

[livejournal.com profile] jezebeau was right. I have acclimatised to Vancouver Island's weather. It's low thirties and I feel like I'm drying up out there. I am so very pink; not a proper burn, but a good solid irritation. Out East, a day this cool (!!!) is a bit of a blessing. Still, I can recall Toronto heat and be thankful that I'm not stuck in that, so I'm not lost yet! :P

Writing a club scene when you've never been to one is really difficult. I think I am either going to have to figure out a different way to tackle this or find another way to show off the character.

Why don't you go to a club and just not dance? It's free at Evolution if you get there before 10 o'clock, and I'm sure you can get people to go with you.

have you tried wearing earplugs? I used to do so until I damaged my hearing enough to not care. Also, try another club rather than Evo, as it is the loudest in the city. Maybe come to Hush sometime. -P-
