jezebeau was right. I have acclimatised to Vancouver Island's weather. It's low thirties and I feel like I'm drying up out there. I am so very pink; not a proper burn, but a good solid irritation. Out East, a day this cool (!!!) is a bit of a blessing. Still, I can recall Toronto heat and be thankful that I'm not stuck in that, so I'm not lost yet! :P

Writing a club scene when you've never been to one is really difficult. I think I am either going to have to figure out a different way to tackle this or find another way to show off the character.

Why don't you go to a club and just not dance? It's free at Evolution if you get there before 10 o'clock, and I'm sure you can get people to go with you.

The dancing would be good for me; it's the loud music that does me in. I multi-task incredibly poorly when it comes to sound. It can literally feel like an assault on my body. Thank you for trying though :)
