But at least I am moved.
I think that, given the choice between joint and muscle pain, I would take the joint pain.
I am trying to consider today as a sampler for old age, rather than an exercise in agony.
And bully to you, mood theme. I'd rather have painkillers.

On Thursday morning, I woke up (or did I sleep at all?) in horrible pain, fatigue and exhaustion. Wednesday night at The Restaurant was killer (and I blame one of my waitresses and my cook) and hard work. I usually am okay by the end of the night ~ but Wednesday, I was over fowl in my mood.
Thursday was the most horrible day I have had in years. I slept most of the day because I just did not have nothing in me to conquer the day.
But, I do know where you are coming from. I forget that I am physically getting older and my brain has this way in telling me I can do everything and then it catches me because I listened to my funky brain. Ahhh!
Hope you get better ~ drink lots of water and get in some small cat naps ~ it will help you back onto your feet.
Take Care and Welcome Back To BC!
Much Love,
Arlene (Briseis09)

Yeah, water and rest help. I wouldn't normally push myself that hard, but the move had to be done. Ah well. It's over now!
