Ow... I do *not* like my FM today. Not that I ever like it. I guess I'm just digruntled because I'm getting increasingly sore and stiff, despite exercise. I was walked for almost an hour yesterday at a slow pace - normally this is peanuts for me, but by the time I got to my destination my feet were aching something fierce, and they're only a hair better today. My mom went to tickle them and it almost hurt, which again, sounds wierd, but makes sense if you've been there.

So what's up body? I know you don't like approaching storm fronts, but nya to you too!

Okay, so after perusing my friends list I saw the "Marriage is love" thing, and I think I get why "Mitosis is love" is bad karma, so I've gotten rid of it. And I figure I'll look like a dork whether I post it or not, but since I do support gay marriages (yay Canada), it goes in.

Marriage is love.

Here are a few predictions for the Belgariad, a book series of five written by David Eddings. I'm a few chapters into the third book, and have a few things to say, because I feel like it.

Mandorallen will die. It smacks of it. He's the sworn knight with a courage complex. He will die heroically, probably saving Ce'Nedra's life, and thus dying at peace with himself for conquering his fear. That said...

Ce'Nedra and Garion will marry. It's a gimme. Garion will also finally grow up and put some effort into understanding his powers, and will eventually even accept the name Belgarion.

Torak will get the orb. Fantasy writers are terribly fond of worst case scenario, and I've seen Eddings pit humans with powers against Gods before.

I strongly suspect Barak will survive, if only because he hasn't seen his son. If he'd seen his son, I'd write him off in a heartbeat, but because he hasn't, he might yet survive.

Hettar will kill an important Murgo, or die trying. Or both. I hope he survives though. I like him.

Silk will *not* die. You don't kill off the comedic relief.

Durnik, sadly, will die, simply because a relationship between him and Pol would be more or less impossible. I'd like to be proven wrong here, I really would.

If I'm forgetting anyone tell me, and I'll stick them in. And yes, I know Polgara and Belgarath aren't on here, so hush :P
