Tired, but better.
Apr. 13th, 2004 04:14 pmWell, I'm doing better today. Not great, but better. Still exhausted (a half hour walk at my pace was harsh on my body), and interestingly enough, in a twenty four hour span I've gone from having joints that were locked up to joints that feel like they're going to spring off their hinges.
I talked to Sarah today - it was rather nice, even if she only called me to proof-read her french. We got side-tracked annd talked a bit, and it was nice. I'm such a sucker :P
Found a whole pile of charms for Trian yesterday. I basically did no work, since I was feeling so ill. I'm getting behind on my psych now, but I'm still ahead of the usual studying trend, so it's not all bad. It's fun, roleplaying planning that is. And I so want a seven-sectioned staff. I may have to boost my dex (it's at least one dot too low right now), but I know the character can afford to buy it, and it fits right in with her fighting style.
Also did a bunch of reading about the Dragonbloods, so hopefully I'll be a little lesss inept playin Adaris now. Being put into combat on the second session sort of put her values to the test. Such a guilt ridden woman. I love these angsty characters.
I'm also reading more into the technical rules, because beyond the fact that it's good to know, I am still keeping in mind the idea of running a game someday. That would be a lot of fun, I think. I may try a test session this summer, I'd put together character sheets and stuff in advance. But again, we'll see.
I don't have much else to say, so I think I'll stop now :)
