Alright, back from the doctor's and some errand-running, and I have news. On my last visit all the doc had to run with was elevated phosphate levels, but since them a few more tests have come back and some new news is in - like my iron levels are low. I'm not anemic, but they remain low. We also filled him in on my weight loss dilema (the current tally is 8 pounds in six weeks).

Which actually, surprisingly, got us somewhere. If anyone has ever heard of Celiac Disease, I'm going in for testing sometime in the near future. This involves a gastronomy (which is sucky in and of itself), but a diagnosis would be amazing. It explains away my liver problems, my weight loss, my wheat and dairy sensitivity, even the low iron levels. Cool. It's also misdiagnosed as IBS sometimes - a sister syndrome to FM, which has us wondering just a little bit if I might be misdiagnosed with FM myself... except the symptoms match up too well, right down to the key sensitive pressure points. At any rate, we'll see how the results come back.

They also drew more blood. I fucking hate that.

Euro Cup was fun yesterday - I hope your head is feeling better Mandie :) Also, for those who know I'm talking about, the coffee went over very well.
