I finally got to use Snake Body Technique, which I have had since we started this chronicle in August and it has never come up. It is a wonderful little charm. Eric and I also got taken aside after failing some willpower checks - I am dreadfully curious to see what happens next, aren't you? In the Dragonblooded game, everything went to hell in lovely little handbasket. We had all the islanders and many of the local Dragonbloods gathered... when Stormcrow, a spirit who has been plaguing the island for several decades (but who does not officially exist) came and used the voice of the pirate we had just hung to scare everyone horribly. Panicked crowds = not so awesome. He (well, presumably it was him) made the pirate turn into a ghost way faster than he should have, meaning we may find ourselves haunted. There is a lot of fun-having. Eric also managed to roll a quadruple botch on five dice, winning him the "Most Hilarious Die Roll of the Night" award. He also breathes air. And we were just passing by. No really, we were just passing through the area. Honest!
School work progressed. Win! I also made a delicious dinner, but I cannot recall the name Eric gave it when David demanded one. My father also called and asked "Are your bloggers over?" which is hilarious because a) my father knows what a blog is (granted, more through magazines than actual experience) and b) we are all technically bloggers, since we all maintain livejournals and c) that really wasn't the word he was searching for at all. Also, Andrew and I are all stocked up on food now! Hooray for food :D
If you couldn't tell, it's been a great kind of day.
