I had a very summery lunch today. A cold salad with lots of lovely parsley fresh from the garden and blueberries from the same place for desert. I forget how tangy non-greenhouse blueberries are. So delicious. Hearts and stars!
It actually feels like summer today, with the temperatures so high, the sun so burny, sun dresses to keep cool, the curtains closed against the sun and the lovely, cold lunches. How novel.
