(no subject)

I'm sitting in the basement, watching scenes from the remake of "Casino Royale" with my youngest brother, driving him crazy with my commentary. I wonder aloud that it might be an interesting comparison to look at the original and then the new version and to see what has changed and what has remained the same, with a particular eye for gender. But, my friends, it's not just enough to compare them, no, I sit there thinking "I should write a paper about it!"

I may have been in academia too long.
