akeyoftimeI intended for this Star Trek party to be smaller. The last one was quite large and got out of hand by the end. People had a lot of fun anyway, even me, but I got really frazzled and we got pretty off-track. I wanted to revisit the idea in an even geekier incarnation.
The party is a week and a half away. There are currently 13 positive RSVPs (a few with conditions like "If my body is not wrecked." or "If I don't get called to work.", which are all legit and I am happy to wait and see), with a good half-dozen people left to nag.
I clearly underestimated the geekiness of my circle of friends when I thought "Only invite the really Trek-immersed ones"!
