akeyoftimeEndorphins are pretty much the best thing ever. Even greater than SLICED BREAD.
We did light touch sparring. I wasn't very good, but I wasn't especially good last time I did it (almost a decade ago) either. It was nice to feel like I had a bit of control, though. But seriously, how do you get past someone's guard? A roundhouse to the legs, okay, but a front or side kick to the chest? No wonder they are worth extra points.
Farscape should be named Farcrack, or something. No that does not make a lot sense, but it is how I feel about the series. I am entirely sucked in.
Vicki and Margaret are pretty much awesome, even if Margaret was in the grips of awfulhorribleterrible migraine. Book perusing and tea drinking and gaming talk and greek food was an excellent use of our afternoon.
Back to readings now. I will own this essay period! Or at least, not be as terrified by it as I usually am! Go me!
