You know, now that you've pointed it out, I can absolutely see where you're getting the 'noblesse oblige'. I don't like him any less, though. I think that for all he's CAG, he's still pretty wet around the ears and will probably, eventually, learn better.
I've been watching all afternoon - Blackbird (Laura?) is pretty awesome and god(s), have I developed a violent dislike for Admiral Cain (she and Adama are just about to meet on Colonial One, presumably to discuss the court martial sentence). Even though I know there are a million mitigating factors (like discipline in the military!) Also, Blackbird is totally the Delta Flyer, only more stealth and less 50s pulp sci-fi.
I can't wait for the show the explain the Number Six in Gaius' head. It was really odd when they dressed her down a few episodes back! Without the sexy dresses and hair, I almost did not recognize her.
