Now that I've had time to get over the shock of it all (no, Dee!), this really does feel like a set-up episode, doesn't it? Nothing much happens. It's just setting the stage for the agonies to come. (And they're coming...)

I'm going to be really interested to see the impact of finding Earth on the fleet. I doubt we'll get a lot of detail, the show isn't oriented that way anymore, but I'm dying to see how this would affect the ultra-religious Gemenese and everyone else who believed in Laura as the Dying Leader. Does it shake their faith? Or, perhaps more likely, do they believe that Laura was a false prophet? Even if she were holding it together, there's serious potential for unrest in the fleet on that basis alone. I can't help but wonder if this incident will help to inflate the ranks of Baltar's small cult. (Do I like the message the show is sending, however accidentally, if everyone turns from a 'false' polytheistic faith to a 'true' monotheistic faith?)

I'm a little bit in love with the notion that Kobol suffered nuclear holocaust of it's own and that's why it was abandoned.

I'm beginning to think that everyone is a Cylon, though what that says about the Final Five, or seven the Significant Seven, I don't know. More information show, please!

I'd still love to see Zak Adama show up - he's been such an invisible presence on the show - but I'm not holding my breath!
