This might sound spiteful, but I really, really hope that the tenant next door can hear all my annoying little alerts late at night. Like, really really.

So, in a fit of silliness, I proposed to yubsie that she and I run a convention of our own this weekend, since we are both missing out on Anime North. Somehow, this one silly idea has grown and we have a community and five members (though one will be at AN, so she's cheating!). I won't be at home and awful lot this weekend, but it's the weekend to do it and it will be an awful lot of fun regardless.

I also went out with Lauren and a bunch of her friends last night and had a lot of fun hanging around her basement (I found myself a Trekkie AND a Harry Potter fan among them.) and then we doubled our numbers at the rec centre for some late night swimming/hot tubbing/water sliding. I ducked out early, but had some fun. I still really, really need a new bathing suit.

At any rate, I have work tommorow, so I should get some sleep.

Bummer about your neighbours. It would have been nice to get it sorted out, I bet.
