I've just stumbled onto embodiment, which I think is a fabulous idea. I've been trying to get back into paper and pen journaling and this is a bit of incentive! Now the only question is do I finish out my current journal (which I started five years ago!), full of fits and starts, or start with a clean slate? That's an awful lot of pages to let go to waste in the old journal, but it might be neat to have a 2006 diary.

Hmm...interesting. I've tried paper and pen journals and failed too many times though, for me to join, I think.
