I've been craving them all winter, but they've consistently been four, five dollars and that's just way too much. I found them at two cartons for four dollars this weekend and pounced! Pounced, I say!

In chinatown on saturday, I bought two quarts of strawberries for a dollar-fifty.

they weren't, however, terribly fantastic strawberries. so i suppose that they were "cheap" rather than "a bargain".
alas.

that was me. i forget that emptying my temporary internet files, forces me to actualy have to physically log in again. sigh.
