Avatar marathon was really, really good. I needed a day of downtime and the good company that is Misha, Andrew and Mel (but mostly Misha, as the others ran off to see a concert) really helped restore my spirits after the near-fiasco that was Nuit Blanche. I have now seen the entire first season. Word.

I'm beginning to suspect my fibromyalgia ups and downs are going to be even more pronounced than ever before, which means I'll need to be even more careful than ever to manage it just so. That's going to be a challenge. More events like this can only help, though :) Watch me plan away.

It wasn't a bad event, just a bad night for me. But yeah, I might not have been the world's best company.

hehe! Thanks for letting me crashhhh :] I'm glad to have been able to wake up at 7:30 and just jump on the subway and be at work!

'Avatar' was actually a lot better than I expected. I usually don't expect much when it comes to "fake" anime. But this one was very cute and very funny :)
Weren't those gummi worms and Reese's pieces delicious!? :]

See you arounddd :}

Yeah, I'm really not wild about being up super early either!

This one probably worked because while it inspired itself from anime, it didn't try to mould itself to it either.

Candy is almost always delicious ^^ Probably because it's no good for you.

Glad to read you're feeling better.

Although, damn, you're now further in the show than I am. I don't have the tenacity to watch shows on my computer all that often. I watched them on TV for a while, but stuff kept coming up, so I'm trying to find the money to buy season 1 on DVD.

I'm four episodes into season 2 - I saw three on television and snuck episode 1 of that season in this morning via YouTube (I couldn't find an individual download). Seeing season one filled in quite a few gaps for me! The Swamp alluded to the past in particular, which made it difficult to understand all of it.

For some reason, it never ever gets old when Aang zooms into the statue in the opening. We giggled nearly every single time.

I am feeling better. I'm still going to get crashy mid-gaming though, especially since I have to stop at the drug store and pick up enough groceries so I can eat dinner tonight! Then again, getting crashy mid-gaming is better than I've been at any session so far this year ^^* Oh dear me.

I don't normally like watching things on my computer, but I think a lot of that is because I couldn't move it somewhere comfortable/it would overheat. Now I can prop this up on the coffee table and curl up on the couch, which is delightful.

I also love that shot. Endlessly amusing!

I've seen to the end of Book 1 in order, and a bunch of episodes on Fox, ending at the episode with the airships... or was it when Aang learns waterbending? I can't recall.

Oh, and please write about the session when you have the spoons. I enjoy reading, even if I don't always comment right away.. or at all. I read LJ a lot at work, and don't always have time to respond!
