Mine's been pretty bad too, but that's because I didn't get a chance to rest properly over Christmas and because I insist on having a social life XD I'll rest over Reading Week (which is next week) and it should help immensely! I'm sorry yours has been bad :( It's kind of a really very obnoxious disease.

Yeah. I think the weather is making mine worse, and my new meds aren't helping much.
