May. 23rd, 2007 09:33 pmThings of note happening in my life:
(WARNING: This will not be all that exciting, because my life isn't just now.)
1. My Journal de Bord is so achingly close to being done! When I got to sleep tonight, it will simply need to be put in the mail to be complete. Single-sided, the project is about 75 pages long.
2. This means the 2500 research paper (russian opera) and summer school catch-up (three weeks) is all that is left on my plate. Still significant, but so much better. I can be expected at game and at parties in two, three Sundays, max.
3. I managed to fix the wireless on my laptop. (I am not entirely sure how. There's a reason my computer-related part of the Geek Code is pretty pathetic.) I think I am going to have to break it again, because it's killing my rhythm. I've felt very connected all day, at least. Very good for morale.
4. My grades came in! Instead of the disaster report card I was expecting, I did really well and my GPA is now the B+ I needed it to be! Yeeeeeeessssssssssss! One step closer to grad school!
5. I love you and miss you all. Seriously, with the exception of today, I have not even been online very much. Just knowing everyone is out there is good for the spirit and I am having none of that loneliness nonsense I struggled with last year.
